Cepa Gavilán is the youngest red from the Hermanos Pérez Pascuas winery, in the D.O. Ribera del Duero. It comes from the winery's youngest vineyards (10-15 years), grown in the heart of Burgos. Aged for 12 months in barrels gives this red a good opulence and concentration. It is an outstanding wine, with a contemporary taste, but with the pure character of the Ribera del Duero: intense, complex, tasty, with race and a perfect fruit-wood balance.
